Aston Villa take on Wolves in a hotly contested midlands derby. Alex McLeish is the newly appointed Villa manager and he will be striving to get the club into a loftier position than the dismal showing last season which saw them hovering over the drop zone for a long period. He managed to guide Birmingham FC to the carling cup last term only for the club to be sent down on the final day. Wolves had a very promising start on the opening day this season beating Blackburn and will be wanting to extend that good showing by coming away from Villa Park with a good result.
